Welcome
I am a licensed clinical social worker with close to 10 years of post-graduate experience. I am a proud “Rochesterian,” born and raised in Rochester, NY.
I graduated from The University of Pittsburgh in 2009 with a bachelors degree in Psychology and Sociology, and later graduated from the Greater Rochester Collaborative MSW program of Nazareth College and SUNY Brockport in 2014.
After graduation, I worked as a therapist at a local behavioral health clinic treating children and adolescents, before transitioning into private practice. Currently, I treat adolescents, college students, and young adults.

THERAPY STYLE
I have been trained in a variety of evidence based practices. I typically use a combination approach based on the needs of the person I am treating.
I have experience using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing.
I strongly believe in self-determination and therapy sessions would focus on helping you discover what is in the way of living a rich, full and meaningful life.
